1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the SkyTrack mobile application (“the App”), operated by:

By downloading, installing, or using SkyTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You may use SkyTrack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the App

  • Interfere with the App’s security or operation

  • Use automated systems (e.g., scraping, bots) to extract or monitor flight data

  • Use the App in a fraudulent, abusive, or misleading manner

SkyTrack is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Content

SkyTrack does not require users to upload personal data beyond necessary app settings and optional saved flight routes.

Flight searches, tracked routes, and preferences remain your data.

By using the App, you confirm that stored routes or content you add:

  • Do not violate applicable laws

  • Are used only for personal, non-commercial tracking

SkyTrack does not claim ownership over user-created data such as saved routes.

4. Privacy

SkyTrack handles personal data as described in the official Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases and Affiliate Links

SkyTrack may offer optional paid features such as additional tracking capacity or advanced filters.

All payments are processed securely by:

  • Apple App Store (for iOS)

  • Google Play Store (for Android)

The App does not receive or store payment information. Refunds and billing issues must be handled through the respective platform.

The App may also include affiliate links. Clicking or purchasing through these links may generate commissions at no extra cost to the user.

You agree not to bypass or unlock premium features illegally.

6. Availability and Updates

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Flight prices and availability shown in the App depend on third-party airline and travel platforms. SkyTrack does not guarantee accuracy or real-time data.

I may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

I do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation or uninterrupted notifications

  • Accuracy or completeness of third-party price data

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App

  • SkyTrack does not guarantee that a displayed flight price will be available for booking

  • You use SkyTrack at your own risk

  • The developer is not responsible for losses based on travel planning or missed price opportunities

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

I may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse or harm the App

  • Termination is required for legal or security reasons

Deleting the App removes locally stored data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain effective.
