1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the FlashMind mobile application (“the App”), operated by:

By downloading, installing, or using FlashMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


2. Use of the App

You may use FlashMind only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the App

  • Interfere with the App’s security or operation

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission

  • Use the App in a fraudulent or abusive way

FlashMind is intended for personal, non-commercial use.


3. User Content

Flashcards, decks, notes, or other content you create or upload (“User Content”) remain your property.

By creating User Content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content

  • The content does not violate laws or third-party rights

  • The content is not harmful or inappropriate

FlashMind does not claim ownership over User Content.


4. Privacy

FlashMind handles personal data as described in the official Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases

FlashMind may offer optional paid features.

All payments are processed securely by:

  • Apple App Store (for iOS)

  • Google Play Store (for Android)

The App does not receive or store payment information.

Refunds and billing issues must be handled through the respective store provider.

You agree not to attempt to bypass or unlock premium features illegally.


6. Availability and Updates

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

I may update, modify, or discontinue the App or parts of it at any time.

I do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • That bugs will be fixed immediately

Updates will be delivered via the App Store or Play Store.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App

  • The App does not guarantee learning success or exam results

  • You use FlashMind at your own risk

  • The developer is not responsible for data loss or device issues


8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

I may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse or harm the App

  • Termination is required for legal or security reasons

Deleting the App removes locally stored data.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain effective.
