1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the MeTime mobile application (“the App”), operated by:

By downloading, installing, or using MeTime, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You may use MeTime only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the App

  • Interfere with the App’s security, performance, or functionality

  • Use automated systems, scripts, or tools to manipulate the App

  • Use the App in a fraudulent, abusive, or misleading manner

MeTime is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Content

MeTime allows you to create and store custom vibration patterns and programs. These remain your data.

By using the App, you confirm that content you create:

  • Does not violate applicable laws

  • Is used only for personal purposes

MeTime does not claim ownership over user-created content such as custom vibration programs.

4. Privacy

MeTime handles personal data as described in the official Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases

MeTime may offer paid features such as monthly or yearly premium subscriptions.

All payments are processed securely by:

  • Apple App Store (for iOS)

  • Google Play Store (for Android)

The App does not receive or store payment information. Refunds and billing issues must be handled through the respective platform.

You agree not to bypass, hack, or illegally unlock premium features.

6. Availability and Updates

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

I may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without notice.

I do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • That vibration programs will function identically across all device models

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App

  • You use MeTime at your own risk

  • The developer is not responsible for device issues, battery consumption, or hardware-related limitations affecting vibration patterns

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

I may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse, damage, or interfere with the App

  • Termination is required for legal, technical, or security reasons

Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain effective.
